CRPM is seeking proposals for the development and of a web platform for the project “Civic oversight capacities for Budget Accountability and Transparency: BAT – Civil Society.”
The platform will serve as a central hub for promoting transparency, accountability, and civic engagement in public budgeting. It should be fully functional in English and Albanian, user-friendly, responsive, and built according to modern web standards.
Interested applicants must have experience in developing advanced web platforms and must submit both technical and financial offers.
